Mr. Harlie R. Lowery, 49, of 332 Rogers Rd. Rowland, NC was born in Robeson County to the late Harlie Lowery and Diane Lowery. He departed his earthly home on May 18, 2023.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Lowery was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Marie Lowery.
Mr. Lowery leaves to cherish his memories a son, James Allen Lowery; a daughter, Sierra Nicole Lowery, both of Fayetteville, NC; a sister, Tammy Campbell (Glen) of Rowland, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
