Mr. Gerald Hammond, 76, of Lumberton, was born August 20, 1948, and departed this life on January 27, 2025, at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Vergie Hammonds and Vardell Hammonds.
Mr. Gerald is survived by one sister, Lucille Oxendine (Hilton, Jr), two brothers, T.R. Hammonds (Miranda), Cedell Hammonds (Ruth), his two daughters, Kim Hammonds (Mike) of Lumberton, Neesha Hammonds (Chris) of Lumberton, three sons, Rhyne Hammonds (Christina) of Lumberton, Darren Hammonds, Vidale Hammonds, seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, special loved ones, Cathey Hammond and Deborah Hammond, and a special friend Kelly Howell.
