Mr. Fredrick "Fred" Lynn Locklear, 54, of 214 Oxendine Street, Apartment C, Pembroke, was born on October 7, 1971 and went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 4, 2026.  He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Lawrence "Tonto" Locklear of the Rex Rennert Community and Ms. Polly Jacobs Locklear of the Union Chapel Community.  His maternal grandparents Mr. Archie and Nancy Hazel Jacobs; parental grandmother Ms. Jolene Locklear.  

Mr. Locklear is survived by his Aunts, Uncles and many cousins who loved and spent time with him during his years of sickness.  He especially loved his classmates from West Robeson's Class of 1989.  

Mr. Locklear was loved and cherished by all who knew him and will be greatly missed in the Union Chapel Community.
