Mr. Fitzgerald Locklear, 58, of 614 Pine Street Pembroke, NC was born in Lumberton on October 15, 1963 to Monque Locklear and Brenda Locklear. He departed this world on April 28, 2022 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Fitzgerald Locklear is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Monque Locklear and sister, Mrs. Lisa L. Whitfield.
He is survived by his mother, Ms. Brenda Locklear of the home; one son, Kevin Lowery (Shaletha) of Shannon; one brother, Mr. Harley Locklear (Alisha) of Pembroke; one sister, Monica Locklear of Pembroke; five nieces and three nephews; along with a host of greatly devoted family members and friends.
