Earlene Rose Locklear, 59, of Pembroke N.C., passed away at home on August 17,2025. Born on May 20,1966 to Marilyn and Troy Roberts Jr.. Earlene dedicated her life to nursing and helping the community. Earlene had a zest for life. From riding motorcycles, to supporting her favorite team the UNC Tarheels and enjoying time with her grandchildren. Earlene leaves behind a daughter Anndrea Leigh Oxendine 36 of Loris, S.C. A son Gary T Locklear 22, of The Prospect Community, N.C. A Stepdaughter Kayla Oxendine 41 of Red Springs, N.C. 3 Grandsons Brayden Revels 19, of Florence, S.C. Bryant Oxendine 20, of Red Springs N.C. Jason McNeill 19, of Fayetteville N.C. A sister Darlene Strickland, of Pembroke N.C. And a brother Tory Anthony Roberts of Atlanta, Georgia. Earlene was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Vanessa Neville. She also leaves behind a host of family and friends.
