Mr. Earl David Locklear Jr. of Lumberton, NC born on May 2, 1966 in Lumberton, NC to the late Earl David Locklear Dr. and Porchia Thomas.
He departed this life on Friday, November 19, 2021 at the age of 55 in Panama City Beach, Florida where he was residing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl David Locklear Sr. whom he loved and missed dearly.
Earl enjoyed fishing, spending quality time with his family, and took deep pride in his native american heritage (Lumbee).
Earl leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Porchia Thomas (J.C.); one brother, David Earl Locklear; four sisters, Porchia Burns (Brad), Ludell Locklear, Jennifer Locklear, and Heather Locklear all of Pembroke; three sons, Steven (Roxy), Kevin Carter and Marcus Carter; one daughter, Tanya Carter; one granddaughter; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; also a special friend Ceara Hackett of Panama City Beach, Florida.
