Dwayne Anthony Vesely, 53, of Pembroke, NC was born on February 10, 1970, and departed this life on Thursday May 18, 2023, at home.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra Ann Vesely, and a son Dakota Dwayne Vesely.
Dwayne is survived by, his father, Alvin S. Vesely, a sister April D. Maynor (Thomas), a brother Mark E. Vesely (Elaine), two sons, Kason Drake, and Hayden Riley Locklear, a daughter Hiley Noel Locklear, and a host of family and friends.
