Doris Ann Hunt 60, of Lumberton, NC, was born on December 1, 1961, and passed away on July 24, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Edgar Paul McPherson and Shirley Jacobs McPherson.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Kenley “Pun” Jones: four sisters, Patricia Gail Branch, Kathy McPherson, Onie McPherson, and Sherry McPherson.
Left to cherish her memories, are her son, Luther Jones Jr., brothers, David Chavis and Joseph McPherson; one sister, Connie Locklear; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two nephews; and one niece.
