Mrs. Doris Hunt, 70, of 10897 Hwy 711 North was born February 11, 1951 in Robeson County to the late Lizzie Jacobs and Johnny Locklear. Doris departed this earthly life on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her home. Doris is preceded in death by her mother, father, grandparents, daughter Christina Jacobs, brother Eugene, and brother Gary Dean.
She leaves to cherish her memories here children, Winnie Locklear, Harry Jacobs, and Emmie Jacobs; brothers, Johnny, Carlton, Lynn Gary, and Marshall; one sister, Shirley Locklear; twenty grandchildren and thirty five great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces and nephews. She loved fishing, flowers, and gunsmoke.
