Mrs. Doris Hardin, 83, passed away on September 5, 2024. She was born April 15, 1941 to the late Rev. Howard Oxendine and Mamie Hunt.
She is preceded in death by the Rev. Willie Pete Hardin; four grandchildren, Tree A. Lowery, Derick S. Shea, Joseph Hardin and Diedre Shea; two step grandchildren, Jessica Dial and Stevie Locklear; five siblings, Howard Oxendine, Jr., Vernie Mae, Carlene Butler, Vivian Hammonds and Cheryl Oxendine.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Diane Locklear, Demetrice Lowery (Sandy), Dexter Hardin (Heidi), Darwin Hardin (Doryanne), Delane Jones (Greg), Deborah Shea (Randy); nine grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, three great, great grandchildren, seven siblings and a host of other family and friends.
