Donald Chavis Obituary
Mr. Donald Lynn Chavis 48, of Mt. Olive Church Rd, went home to be with the “Lord” on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Chavis was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. Raeford and Mrs. Deleslie Chavis; two uncles, Benny Ray Chavis and Willie James Jones; his maternal grandparents, Mr. Russell and Mrs. Marbelle Tyler and his son, Brandon Jake Murray.
Mr. Chavis is survived by his father and stepmother, Donald and Dianne Chavis of the home; his mother, Lula Oxendine of Pembroke; two brothers, Dallas Oxendine of Lumberton and Chester Tyler Jr. of Pembroke; two sisters, Leslie Chavis (Gerome Chavis Jr.) of Pembroke and Tisha Locklear (Daniel Locklear) of Pembroke and a host of relatives and friends.
