Delora Allen Obituary
Delora Allen 73, of 241 Southfield Rd. Lumberton, NC was born March 17th, 1950, to the late Preston and Blanchie Brooks.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Billy R. Allen Sr.; three sisters, Sylvia Bullard, Twyla Locklear, and Nancy Billings; as well as her brother, Hector Brooks.
Delora Allen departed this life on May 24th, 2023. Delora dedicated her life to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also worked 20 plus years between Temptation and Sara Lee hosiery.
She is survived by two sons, Billy R. Allen Jr. (Kellie) of Raeford, as well as Ronnie Brooks of the home; one sister, Peggy Brooks of Lumberton; two brothers, Currie and Daniel Brooks of Lumberton; four grandchildren, Brittany Sellers and Shawn Brooks of Bladenboro, Amber Brooks of Lumberton, and Riley Allen of Raeford; six great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives.
