Deborah Bullard, 70, passed away peacefully at her home on December 24, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Deborah lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and partner in life Michael Davis Bullard, her parents (J.T & Charity) 3 sisters (Bet, Sarah, & Gail), 1 brother (Larry). Deborah leaves behind her five children: Michelle Faith Locklear, James Paul Bullard, Michael Zachery Bullard (Valerie), Andrea Estelle Locklear (Harley), and Joshua Thomas Locklear. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride throughout her life.

Deborah's greatest legacy is the love and strength she instilled in her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched.

A private family service will be held to honor Deborah's life and her unwavering love for her family. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for feathers and respect her wishes please.
