Debora Faye Henderson, age 60, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 7, 1965, in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia and was the daughter of the late James Ralph McArthur and Wanda Louise Baker. Debora worked several years for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department until her move to North Carolina in 1999, from then on, she worked in healthcare. Debora touched so many lives and was considered by many as a second mother. She was loved dearly by family and friends. Debora is survived by her children Deidra Joy Robinson (Jon), Derrick Bryan Bradley, Carey Ward Henderson Jr., and Carly Faye Henderson; her grandsons Luke James Clark, Levi Jacob Clark, and Lincoln Jedidiah Clark; her siblings James Ralph McArthur Jr. (Dianne), Linda Louise Sturgill, Jamia Sue Pleasant (Gilbert), Carolyn Dee Mathis (Joshua), and Timothy James McArthur (Lesley); and her beloved nieces and nephews; as well as her ex-husband, father of her children, Carey Ward Henderson Sr. In addition to her parents, Debora is predeceased by her aunt, Priscilla Sue Beckett, uncle, Fredrick Delvis Beckett, uncle, Wendell David Rose, and brother-in-law, John Sturgill.

The family will be having a visitation ceremony for her family and friends Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Revels Funeral Home- Pembroke.
