Mrs. Cynthia Lewis Clark was born to the late Jack Lewis Clark and Earbell Oxendine on May 3, 1944 and passed away on May 27, 2026. Mrs. Cynthia Lewis Clark was from Robeson County. She retired from Stedman in Maxton, NC as a seamster. She was also a beautiful wife and an awesome mother, and a God-fearing woman.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Fletcher James Clark, her daughter, Eugenia Lewis Clark, her dad, Jack Lewis, her mom, Earbell Oxendine, her stepdad Levi Oxendine, her grandson, Jack Keith Clark, her granddaughter, Joeselyn Gabrella Clark, her brothers, Jack Lewis, Jr., and Fredford (Ray) Oxendine, and her sister Olivia Oxendine.
She is survived by her children, mama's guardian angel: Stephanie Rose Locklear of Red Springs, Teresa Dial, widower of the late Gene Dial of Maxton, Eula and Michael Oxendine of Rowland, Jelane Clark and Rudolph Bledsole of Red Springs, Jack Keith Clark and Rometia Clark of Lumber Bridge, Geraldine and Tommy Locklear of Maxton, and Betty Jo and James Franklin Clark of Maxton, sixteen grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren, and five great, great grandchildren, eight sisters, Kathy and Ronnie Oxendine of Rowland, Kasion Oxendine of Rowland, , Vicky and Ronald Jones of Rowland, Judy and Donnie West of Rowland, Emily Oxendine of Rowland, Angela Brooks and Frankie of Rennert, Michelle Oxendine and Kevin of Gibson, three brothers, Smitty Oxendine and Averdale of Maxton, Levi and Teresa Oxendine of Maxton, and Ashley (Buddy) and Rita Oxendine of Rowland.
