Ms. Crystal Nicole Jacobs, 38, of Portsmouth, VA was born October 31, 1983, and departed this life on February 27, 2022. She was proceeded in death by her father Bobby Jacobs and brother Bryan Scott. Ms. Jacobs was born in Pembroke, NC to Bobby and Sallie Jacobs.
She is survived by her son Noah Locklear, and mother Sallie Jacobs; her brothers Vincent Locklear, Chris Jacobs, and Shane Jacobs; one sister Star Burton; special cousin Scottie Jacobs; and a host of relatives and friends and special friends in Portsmouth, VA.
