It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of my one and only sister China Lynn Dial-Oxendine, 33, who left us on September 24, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. China Lynn Dial-Oxendine was born on August 19, 1993 in Lumberton, NC to Donna Kay Dial and Jesse James Jones. 

China Lynn Dial-Oxendine was a devoted wife, mom, sister, aunt, friend, etc. China Lynn Dial-Oxendine is survived by her devoted husband Jeffery Oxendine of Maxton, NC, her kids: Dakota Allen Barnes (11) of Maxton, NC, Aaliyah Mirale Oxendine (5) of Maxton, NC, Harley Lynn Oxendine (3) of Maxton, NC. She has one sister Crystal Nicole Dial of Pembroke, NC; three nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. She is followed in death by her grandmother Willie Dale Dial of Pembroke, NC and her mother Donna Kay Dial of Pembroke, NC. 

China Lynn Dial-Oxendine's life was filled with a heart of gold leaving a lasting impact on all who knew China. 

A celebration of China Lynn Dial-Oxendine's life will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Revels Funeral Home in Pembroke, NC, starting at 2:00pm. Friends and family are invited to share memories and honor her legacy.
