Ms. Chelsie Brooke Reimer “Hammonds”, 27, of 5267 W. McDuffie Crossing Rd. Lumberton, NC 28360, entered into her heavenly home on Sunday January 21, 2024. She was born on February 23, 1996, in Lumberton, NC. She attended Piney Grove Elementary, Magnolia Middle School, St. Pauls High School. She attended and grew up at Bethel Hill Baptist Church.
She was employed by Elliotts Vacation Homes and most important she was a homemaker to her three beautiful Children and fiancé. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, shopping, and eating her favorite food, Mexican. She always took time out for others, to lend a helping hand, an ear to listen to, a shoulder to cry on, and a heart of gold. She will never be forgotten but will forever live on in our hearts. Chelsie’s sky-blue eyes will forever brighten our cloudy days and cheerful laugh will be our rainbow after a Heaven’s rain.
Chelsie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lee Edwin Hammond and her grandmother, Bernice Reimer.
She is survived by her mother, Denise Hammond of Lumberton; her father, Edward Reimer (Sandy Jacobs) of Lumberton; a grandmother, Edith Chavis of Lumberton; a grandfather, Richard Reimer of Altoona, Pennsylvania; a brother, Brandon Corey Hammonds; a sister, Meagan Leigh Reimer “Hammonds” (Steven Causey) of Lumberton; her fiancé of 12 years, Jorge Martin Tyndall of Lumberton; her two sons, Brantly Dustin Hammonds and Malaki Bryson Tyndall; and a precious baby girl, A’vianna Jade Tyndall of the home; her mother-in-law, Chrissy Tyndall of Maxton; and a host of family and friends.
