Charles Brixey Obituary
Charles Edward Brixey, Sr was 73 years old when he departed this earth on the afternoon of September 7th, 2021. He was a good natured & stubborn man known for being a good farmer, husband, father, friend, and making some pretty good BBQ. He was born in Lumberton on December 30th, 1947 to the late Lawrence Eugene and Mary Ruth Brixey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia “Kay” Brixey; his three brothers: Eugene, James and Tommy Brixey; and his granddaughter Jada McKenzie Brixey. He is survived by his two sons and their wives: Charles & Katina Brixey and William & Sophia Brixey; three grandchildren, Haley Brixey, Caison Brixey, and Maggie Brixey; and his sister: Wanda O’Neal.
