Ms. Cathy Bell was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Walters Jr.; mother, Josie Parker; grandson, Javean A. Deal; and a brother, Larry Chavis.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Henry Buck and Shirley Bell; three brothers, Ben Chavis of Lumberton NC, Lee Brown Chavis of Charlotte NC, Wayne Bell and wife Betty; four sisters, Annie Carol Lewis and husband Cleveland of Lumberton, NC and Belinda Perry and husband Lenny of Bennettsville, SC; three daughters, Tammy Cummings and husband Phillip of Pembroke NC, Sheryl Walters and fiancé Billy Brooks of Lumberton; Amanda Walters and fiancé Adylson Andrad ten grandchildren, Michael Walters, James Walters, Paul Barrett, Ariana Torres, Keyona Walters, Saveon Deal, JaveAnah Deal, Kaylee Anah Deal Kayden Brooks and Braylon Brooks; and one great grand, Luxiana Torres; a special friend, Lorraine Gonzalez and Diana Coffy; and a host of relatives and close friends.
