Ms. Cathie Locklear, 68, of Pembroke, North Carolina 28372 was born April 24, 1958, to the late Johnnie C. Locklear and Mary C. Barton Locklear.
Cathie completed her earthly journey Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers: Homer Locklear, Roy W. Locklear, Donald R. Locklear, Arnold R. Locklear, and Johnnie Locklear Jr.; four sisters: Diane Locklear Sanderson, Suzanne Oxendine Locklear, Patsy F. Locklear, and Juanita Locklear.
Ms. Cathie Locklear is survived by her four siblings: Marshall Locklear, Tommy Locklear, William (Snorton) Locklear, and Mary Rose Locklear.
