Catherine Bledsole Cummings (Pat) was born on May 6, 1948, and departed this life on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the age of 77.

She was preceded in death by her father, William James Bledsole; her mother, Martha G. Brooks Bledsole; three brothers, Buck Bledsole, Rudolph Bledsoe, and William Edison Bledsole; and two sisters, Linda Faye Bledsole Cummings and Hazel Lee Bledsole Locklear.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories two great-grandchildren whom she lovingly raised, Randall Cummings (R.J.),and Colton Cummings (C.J.); three sons, Samuel Ray (Shirley) Cummings and Randy Ray (Tammy T.) Cummings, both of Lumberton, and Benjamin Jr. (Kimberly) Cummings of Rowland, two daughters, Debbie Ann (Terry) Clark of Fairmont; and Syleana (Daniel) Graham of Lumberton; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Gomez, Barbara Locklear, and Martha Ellen (James) Goins; two brothers, James Rogers Bledsole and Mitchell Edward (Patsy) Bledsole; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
