Carol Ann Wood Hammonds of St. Pauls NC born on January 23, 1946 to the late Adelaide and William Spraul in Cranberry, NJ departed this life on August 29, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Hammonds and brother Bob Wood.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her four children, Sherry Wynn, Melissa Lowery, and Kim Lowery of Lumberton, NC, Jennifer Lowery of St. Pauls, four sisters, Janet Lowery of Lumberton, Evelyn Wood, Janice Norcross, and Mary-Ann Burnath all of New Jersey, six grandchildren, Chesnea Chavis, Kelsey Gonderman, Kendrick Wynn (Fatboy), Sequoia Wynn, Harley Sanderson and Amaris Wynn, six great grandchildren, Kensley Chavis, Jasiah McCoy, Cole and Dylan Gonderman, Kenston Wynn and Kaisley Gonderman.
She will be truly missed and always loved by her family.
A celebration of life will be held at 232 Rennert Road in Lumberton on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 6pm.
