Brandy Marie Thomas, daughter of Mr. Leo G. Thomas and Mrs. Betty J. Thomas of Maxton, NC, was born on January 3, 1975, and began her eternal life June 12, 2025. Brandy was loved by many and will always be remembered for her contagious laughter, beautiful smile, generous nature and intelligence.

Brandy was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Ms. Polly Locklear, Mr. Rodney Locklear, maternal great grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Barton, Paternal grandmother Mrs. Flora E. Thomas and Mr. Levi Thomas.

Brandy is survived by her son Joshua Hunt. A sister Candy L. Thomas of Maxton, N.C, Mrs. Leslie Haynes of Laurinburg N.C and Parents Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thomas of Maxton, N.C. nephews, Mr. Andre Locklear of Raeford, NC and Mr. Oron Sanderson of Maxton, NC. Special aunts Ms. Lori A. Sampson of Maxton, N.C and Ms. Anna M. Clark of Maxton, N.C and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved Brandy deeply.
