Mr. Brandon Locklear, 40, of 5427 West McDuffie Crossing Road, Lumberton, NC, departed this life Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at home. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Locklear, his maternal grandparents, Pearlie Locklear and Norman Oxendine, his paternal grandparents, Rev. Steve Locklear, and Gertrude Oxendine.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Noralene Locklear, and step-father Chris Pierce, one brother, Eric (Destiny) Pierce, one sister, Elanie Pierce and one step-sister, Keisya Pierce, three nieces, Alana Pierce, Jayzmin Davis, and Layken Pierce, two nephews, Elijah Chandler, and Jerry Locklear, a special Aunt Mary (Gary) Blakely and Uncle Lee Dee Locklear, along with his Pierce family that held a special place in his heart: Gwen, Ali, Neva, and Rhonda, and his Pierce grandparents, Clem and Gladys.
