Mr. Billy Ray Scott, 58 of 198 Rose Rd. Maxton, NC was born April 25, 1961 to the late Roosevelt and Anna Scott. He departed this life on July 7, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roosevelt and Anna Scott; three brothers, Vonnie Scott, Alton Scott, Ronald Scott and Raymond Scott; two sisters, Cathy Chavis and Patsy Jacobs; sister-in-law, Jackie Scott.
He is survived by two daughters, Shoney Deese and Syntyche Scott; five sisters, Betty Jacobs, Reedy Bell Jacobs, Carol Scott, Joann Scott and Janice Laviner; two sisters-in-law, Stella Scott and Ruth Scott; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
