Billie Dane Oxendine, 72, of 94 Harleyville Road, Rowland, North Carolina was born April 1, 1954, and departed this life on July 7, 2026, at UNC Health Southeastern.

He was preceded in death by his father Norman Locklear, his mother Carrie Mae Oxendine, brother Freddie Rae Oxendine, sister Ella Faye Oxendine.

Billie is survived by two daughters Robbie Beckman (Lewis) of Indian Trail; April Seals (John) of Pembroke, NC; three brothers: Stacy Oxendine (Deaver, NC), J.D. Oxendine (Matthew, NC), and Jerry Oxendine (Fairmont, NC), and two sisters: Dillie Ann Chavis (Maxton, NC), Sarah L. Chavis (Live Oak, NC); six grandchildren: Justin Beckman, Dylan Beckman, Jonathan Seals, Alayna Seals, Dylan Allen, Jaden Allen; one great-grandchild Nicklon Oxendine; a special friend Almina Norton (Lumberton, NC), and a host of friends and family.
