April Oxendine Obituary

Ms. April F. Oxendine, 45, departed this life on May 27, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was born May 11, 1974 in Cumberland County. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, the late Luke and Florence Oxendine; along with three uncles, Ernest Oxendine, Raybon Oxendine and Adrion Oxendine.

   She is survived by her mother, Regina Oxendine; a brother, Eric E. Oxendine (Demetrics); a son, Jordan Britt; two daughters, Destany R. Oxendine and Amanda A. Oxendine; one granddaughter, Jayden M. Casillas; two aunts, Clarice Locklear and Arris McKenzie; Godson Caden Ramsey Locklear.

   She was a graduate of Purnell Swett High School, Class of 1992. April later studied to be a med tech and worked as a CNA.
