Ms. Annie Jane Chavis-Sanderson, 88, of Smith Circle Pembroke, NC was born March 22, 1938, to the late Preston Chavis and Lera Ann Chavis.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lacy Sanderson. Her siblings Junior Chavis, Henry Chavis, James I. Chavis, Willie Chavis, Mary Lee Crout, Maybelle Hunt, Lucy Revels, Gracie Galtieri and Katie Lee Locklear.
She leaves behind one brother Claudie Chavis and one sister Dale Akers. Ms. Annie was a loving mother to Virginia Sanderson, Sylvia S. Locklear and Kathy Oxendine. She leaves behind many special people, Teresa Locklear, Ernie W. Jacobs, Donna Cummings and Sue Oxendine. Her caretakers Jamie Sanderson, Tiara Locklear, Brittany Jacobs and a host of relatives and friends.
