Annie L. ((Pumpkin)) Rogers

Ms. Annie L. Rogers, 80, of 159 Ricky Drive Pembroke, NC was born May 9, 1941 to the late Mr. Belton Smith and Mrs. Viola Brewington. She departed this life to join her loved ones in Heaven on July 15, 2021 at Southeastern Hospice House of Lumberton, with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Salvage Oxendine and Mr. & Mrs. Bobby Smith; a sister, Mrs. Dora Oxendine; a brother, Mr. Belton Smith Jr.; and a grandchild, Ms. Chelsea Renee Vest.

Ms. Annie L. Rogers leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Mrs. Windy Lancaster (William) of Pembroke; two sons, Mr. James Milligan of the home and Mr. Roy Vest of Lumberton; a sister, Ms. Dorothy Godwin; a brother, James P. Smith; two half-sisters, Mrs. Connie Jones (John) and Mrs. Patricia Locklear (Gary); two half-brothers, Mr. John Charles Locklear (Tina) and Mr. Larry Locklear (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Mrs. Viola Ford (Marcus), Ms. Stacey Lancaster, Mr. Shawn Dial, Mr. James Milligan, Mr. Shea Newton (Caitlin) of Fayetteville, NC, Mr. Roy Anthony Locklear of Nashville, NC, Mr. Joshua Vest (Magnolia) of Rosenberg, Texas, Mr. Aaron Vest, and Ms. Hanna Vest; she has fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; she also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends.
