Annie Maynor Obituary
Annie R. Maynor, 94, of 312 Lindsey Court Lumberton NC, departed her life on Tuesday, Febuary 19, 2019 at her home. She was born in Robeson County March 22, 1924 to the late Leander and Mary Liza Chavis. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Millard “Littleman” Maynor; her daughter, Shirley Locklear and Barbara Ann Locklear.
She is survived by her five daughters; Joanne Maynor of the home, Gearldine Locklear (Johnnie) of Lumberton NC, Linda Maynor Scott (Terry) of Red Springs, NC, Sally McGirt of Lumberton, Yvonne Emaunel of Salisbury NC; seven sons; Jackie Chavis (Karen) of Roseville Michigan, Darnell Locklear (Helen) Pembroke, NC, Eugene Locklear of Lumberton NC, Jerry Locklear (Ellen) Shannon NC, Bobby Locklear Pembroke, NC, Joseph “Joe” Locklear of Lumberton, NC and Arnold Wilkins of Charlotte, NC; 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great- grandchildren.
