Annie Hammonds Obituary
Mrs. Annie Neal Hammonds was born on August 24, 1927, to the late James and Carrie Harding. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 8, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hammonds; her brothers, Minor Harding and Lance Harding; her sisters, Leaner Locklear, Lorraine Locklear, Ellaree Evans, Beatrice Glenn, and Gladis Fagan; and one grandchild, Steven Hammonds.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, William Hammonds of the home and Billy Hammonds (Barbara) of Lumberton, NC; three daughters, Barbara Hammonds, Patty Harden (William), and Helen Hammonds of Lumberton, NC; one brother, Lawrence Harding, and one sister, Earlene Bell both of Lumberton, NC ten grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and a host of friends and family.
She spent her last years in Woodhaven sharing her testimony.
