Alice Cummings Obituary
Mrs. Alice Brooks Cummings of Maxton, NC born January 4, 1947, departed this life on October 11, 2020.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Seltford Cummings; her parents, Mr. Connie Brooks and Mrs. Katie Brooks; and a brother, Mr. Earnest Brooks.
She is survived by three sisters, Ms. Annie Chavis of Maxton, NC, Ms. Cathy Locklear of the home, and Ms. Sylvia Brooks of Pembroke, NC; one brother, Mr. Aremanuel (Lynn) Brooks of Maxton, NC; fifteen nieces and nephews; twenty nine great nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Hannah Brooks who has been like a sister.
