Tiffany Goines 26, of Darrell Dr. Pembroke passed away September 10, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by one sister, Mayghan Locklear; grandmother, Linda Oxendine; great grandparents, Fran and Morris Goines, Madie and R.D. Oxendine.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Goines; parents, Christina and Jamie Locklear; biological father, Anthony Goines; seven brothers, Shawn Oxendine, Coty (Leandra) Locklear, Dakota Locklear, Anthony Goines, Tyler Goines, Charles Goines and Memphis Goines; three sisters, Ashley Goines, Cheyanne Cline and Carlie Goines; four nephews, Jacodi Locklear, Cayden Locklear, D.J. Delgado and Kenston Locklear; two nieces, Natiri Locklear and Elena Oxendine; and a host of family and friends.
