Thomas LaBuwi Obituary
Mr. Thomas Walker LaBuwi (Moose), 67, was born on September 10, 1951 and departed this life Sunday July 14, 2019 at the Fayetteville VA Hospital. He was from Illinois and served in both the Army and Navy. He retired from the Navy as a Lieutenant! Thomas was an avid reader of the Bible and the Wall Street Journal!
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard LaBuwi and Sally Schmidt as well as his beloved grandmother, Jenny Upchurch. He is survived by his loving wife, Savannah LaBuwi and son, Thomas Walker LaBuwi II of Pinehurst; two brothers, Jim LaBuwi(Chris) and Robin LaBuwi(Marsha) both of Benton, Illinois; two sisters, Shannon Wise(Troy) of Benton, Illinois and Jamie LaBuwi of St. Louis, Missouri; two brother-in-law’s Lawrence Lowrie (Connie), Willie Lowery; and three sister-in-law’s Pearlie Jacobs, Georgiana Wilkins(Luther) and Margaret Hall all of Saint Pauls; twenty-three nieces and nephews; special friends Clyde Miller, Bob and Denise Freshwater and Hawk; as well as a host of family and friends.
