Stanford Locklear Obituary
Mr. Stanford “Smiley” Reed Locklear 67, of Pembroke, NC. He was born in Robeson County on June 5, 1950 to the late Eddie Locklear and Flax McMillian and departed this life on April 30, 2018 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jean Locklear; daughter, Carolyn Marie Allie; two brothers, Carl Jones and Wade “Pigeon” Thomas Locklear.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Faye Sampson (Timmy); son, Rico Allen Allie (LaTasha); seven grandchildren, Ariel Denane Allie, Allen Michael Allie, Amelia Grace Allie, Aarriyah Faith Allie, Isaiah O’neil Locklear, Timothy Lynn Sampson and Jasiah O’lynn Sampson; two sisters, Celia Myrtle Gregory and Bonnie “Moose” Sue Locklear; three brothers, Zeke Locklear, Lee Kermit “Pap” Locklear and Lee Wood “Littleman” Locklear; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends
