Sgt. Billy Bullard (Honorably Discharged), 66, of 86 Randy St. Apt.2, Lumberton, was born on March 10, 1952 and departed this life on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
He served his country in the United States Army from 1972-1980 as a Lifting and Loading Equipment Operator. Sgt. Bullard served overseas in Frankfurt, Germany and at Ft. Carson in Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Winford and Hattie Mae Bullard, and a sister, Betty Joe Bullard.
He is survived by two sons, Billy Ryan Bullard (Tara), Alex Marshal Locklear (Rosalyn); one daughter, Rowena Marca’ Bullard; four granddaughters, Resa, Rheyanna, Tehya, Aydan; one grandson, Alex Josiah Locklear; two great granddaughters, Rheya, Reign; three brothers, James Winford Bullard (Carolyn), Windford Bullard, Jr., Kenneth Bullard (Carol); 4 sisters, Agnes Locklear (Lacy), Helen Emanuel (James), Peggy Brewington, Shirley Goins (Versey); two special caregivers, Jan Lowery, Ranee Leinson, and a host of extended family and friends.
