Sanford Jacobs Obituary
Mr. Sanford (Bill) Jacobs, 91 of 181 Ward St, of Lumberton NC. Mr. Jacobs entered into his heavenly home on September 10, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton.
Mr. Jacobs was a devoted member of Benson Chapel Church and one of the first ten members.
He is preceded in death by his parents Giles Willie Jacobs and Bessie Rogers Jacobs; one daughter, one granddaughter, one great granddaughter, two brothers and two sisters He leaves to cherish his memories, Mrs. Ila Jacobs, his wife of 26 years; two sons, Billy D. Jacobs (Brenda) from Rowland NC and Stevie D. Jacobs (Kim) from Lumberton nc five daughters, Elizabeth A. Chavis of Lexington NC, Rose M. Jacobs, Aita L. Jacobs, Gloria A. Hunt and Subrina Hunt all of Lumberton, NC, 21 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and Mrs. Ilas’s children (Marilyn, Tommy, Jamie) 2 sister in law Francas Lewis and Reba Sanderson, and a host of relatives and friends.
