Rockie Bullard Obituary
Mrs. Rockie Lee Bullard 90, of Maxton, NC was born to the late Mr. Willie Maynor and Mrs. Georgianna Smith Maynor on June 16, 1928 in Robeson County, NC.
She went to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Ardell Bullard; one son, Cavin Ray Bullard; two grandson, DeShawn Carey Pulled “AKA Doughboy” and Lynn Ardel Bullard; three sisters, Phode Bell Jones, Carrie Lee Maynor and Patricia Huskins; six brothers, Rudolph Oxendine, Malbry “Piddler” Oxendine, Edwin Maynor, Sanford Maynor, Douglas Maynor and Joe Maynor.
Mrs. Bullard leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Dale Pully (Daniel) of Pembroke and Frances Smith (Timmy) of Maxton; six sons, Norvell Bullard, Harold Ray Bullard and Friend Faye, Cardell Bullard (Merlene) all of Maxton, Lynn Earl Bullard and friend Bille Joe of Pembroke and Leon Bullard and friend Gerren of Rowland; one special sister, Mary Jean Smith of Pembroke; 28 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren ; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
