On the morning of January 31, 2019, Robert Elsie Carter III, (Robby), 39, of Lumberton, NC, departed this life peacefully, surrounded by his family at Duke Medical Pavilion.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucille Carter, Bracey Lowry and Snodie Lowry.
Robby is survived by his parents, Robert Elsie Carter Jr and Betty Carter; one brother, Toby V. Carter; two sisters, Angel Dial and Rita Lowry; his partner, Bradley Bullard; Autumn, Ashyln and Laney; his beloved dog, Loki; two nieces, Miakoda and Tazalynn; two nephews, Justin Junior (JJ) and Lukas as well as a host of relatives and friends.
