Marlene Bell Locklear, 59, departed this life on January 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Rufus Bell, Sr., a brother, Willie Rufus Bell, Jr. and a sister Gladys Bell Fields.
She is survived by her sons, Donovan Locklear and Mark Locklear of Lumberton; her mother, Bernice Pandora Bell of Lumberton; grandchildren, Collin Locklear, Marco Locklear, Brianna Oxendine and Mahkya Locklear; her brothers, Willie Ray Bell and Orlando Bell and her beloved twin sister Darlene Bell Hunt and a host of relatives and friends.
