Luellen Scott Obituary
Mrs. Luellen Scott 92, of 32 Welton Dr. was born June 13, 1926 and departed this life on Wednesday September 26, 2018.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Archie Scott; parents, Welton and Elizabeth Locklear; two grandsons, CJ and Willie “Eric”; three brothers, Hodgin, Robert and Rodney; one sister, Mary Lou.
She was a homemaker, in which she cared for her son, Jeff for 52 years. She helped found Burnt Swamp Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Scott is survived by five sons, Glonnie (Ramona), Dowry (Judy), Willie (Bobbie), Archie Dean (Nancy) and Jeff all of Pembroke, NC; three daughters, Bonnie (Harold), Frances (Terry) and Barbara all of Pembroke, NC; two brothers, Frank and Welton, Jr. both of Red Springs, NC; seventeen grandchildren; forty-two great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
