Linda Locklear Obituary
Mrs. Linda H. Locklear, 71, of 7004 Deep Branch Rd. Pembroke, went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2019 at Southeastern. She was an educator with the Public Schools of Robeson County for over 30 years. She touched the lives of many with her love for books. Everyone from young to old were touched by her smiles and hugs. She was a kind and loving person to all.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dudley and Ida C. Hunt; and Sisters, Rebecca Sampson and Kathy Norton.
Mrs. Locklear leaves behind her most cherished loved ones, her husband of 51 years, Thomas Earl Locklear; 4 children, Thomas Anthony Locklear (Tammy), Crystal Starr Hunt (James), Penny Locklear and her fiancé (Thomas Nance) and Ida “Frannie” Jacobs (Greg); 13 grandchildren, Lindette O’Briant (Ethan), Chelsea, Brooke, AJ, Christy Beck (Brandon), Israel, Shane, Cole, Phoebe, Gregory Jr., Gabriel, Gavin, and Francesca Gracie; and 4 great grandchildren, Brendan and Isabella O’Briant, and Braelyn and Jaiden Beck.
