Larry Strickland Obituary
Larry Delson Strickland, 65, of 102 Melinda Rd, Maxton, NC, departed this life Saturday, November 9, 2019 at his home. He was born August 17, 1954 to the late Arnold Strickland and Myrtle Locklear.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Roy Strickland and mother-in-law, Loria Locklear.
Larry is survived by his wife Bernita Strickland of the home; four children, Bathsheba Locklear (Kevin) of Maxton, Shawn Strickland (Mary) of Lumberton, Nancy Strickland (Colt) of the home and Jordan Strickland (Courtney) of Georgia; nine grandchildren, Colby, Patrick, Aidan, Alina, Colin, Kai, Arya, Koa and Logan; mother and stepfather, Myrtle and James Locklear; two sisters, Anita Lowry (Terrill) and Karen Jones (Terry); a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
