Kyra Lowry Obituary
Ms. Kyra LaChelle Lowry 28, of 1523 Philadelphus Road Pembroke, NC was born April 3, 1990 to Michelle Lowry and Gary Jacobs.
She departed this life to her Heavenly home on December 8, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Lacy Jacobs.
She is survived by her daughter, Rylee Brynn Oxendine; her partner, AJ Oxendine; her mother, Michelle Lowry and Sanford Locklear; her father, Gary Jacobs; maternal grandparents, David and Melbert Lowry; uncle, Davey Lowry and wife Shannon; two special cousins, Corey Lowry and Mya Lowry; two special aunts, Regina Cummings and Doris Cummings; paternal grandmother, Betty Jacobs; and a host of relatives and friends. Kyra graduated from UNCP with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, then furthered her education at Central University School of Law obtaining a Juris Doctorate Degree. She was employed by The Lumbee Tribe of NC as a practicing attorney.
