Johnny Chavis Obituary
Mr. Johnny Dean Chavis was born on November 20, 1962 and departed this life on Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center at the age of 55.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Johnny Chavis.
Mr. Chavis leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Tina Chavis of the home; three sons, Jacobie Ammons and Zachary Ammons both of Lumberton, NC and Samuel Chavis of the home; one daughter, Johanna Chavis of the home; his mother, Mrs. Jean Chavis of Pembroke, NC; siblings, Mrs. Jeannie Jones (Chris) of Maxton, NC, Mr. Leonard Neil Chavis of Tennessee and Mr. Timothy Bell of Oklahoma; special nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the family for continued support during this very difficult time.
