Earnie Ray Haggins

Mr. Earnie Ray Haggins, 57, a loving father, brother and uncle formerly of West 5th St. community, Lumberton, NC died August 16, 2017 at Southeastern Regional Hospital.

   Mr. Earnie Ray Haggins was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Josephine Haggins; one sister, Pearlene Haggins; one brother, Bobby Haggins; and one niece, Betty Jane Oxendine.

   He is survived by his son, Jamie Jacobs; three sisters, Gerlene Locklear (Ronald), Betty Oxendine (Bradley) and Judy Oxendine (Harvey); three brothers, Danny Haggins, Randy Haggins and Johnny Haggins (Sandra); several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
