Mr. Maynor was born in Philadelphia, PA on Oct. 25, 1956, was a son of the late Bonford Maynor, Sr. and Zelma Locklear Maynor.
He is preceded in death along with his parents, a brother, Earldon Maynor, and two sisters, Brenda Tabita and Doris Berrios.
