Mr. Bobby Dean Locklear (Coot), 42, of Lonnie Farm Road, Pembroke, NC departed this life on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Robeson County on July 11, 1977.
He is survived by his mother and father, Norma and Ted Holmes; one daughter, Shalina Lin Locklear,; one son, Grayson Dean Locklear; one sister, Amy Lynn Locklear; two brothers, Kenny Locklear and Christopher Locklear; two nephews, Tyler Bullard and Dakota Locklear; one niece, Megan Locklear.
He leaves behind a host of family and friends.
