Billy Locklear

   Mr. Billy Ray Locklear, 63, of 830 Rennert Road, Lumberton went to his Heavenly home on July 30, 2019.  He was born on February 20, 1956 to the late John and Evelyn Locklear.  Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Carrol, Johnny, Micheal (Smitty) and James Ray and one granddaughter, Megan.

   Mr. Billy worked for the Public Schools of Robeson County as a Maintenance Supervisor of 41. 4 years.  He will be dearly and truly missed by many. 

   Mr. Billy was a member of Saddletree Church of God where he was faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ.  He enjoyed helping out and cooking at the church to help others. 

   He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 44 years, Jacqueline Locklear of the home; three daughters, Chasidy Jones (Rickey) of Lumberton, NC, Christy L. Blodgette (Jamie) of Shannon, NC, Janie Cheyenne Locklear of the home; one brother, Dwayne Locklear  (Wendy) of Lumberton, NC; five grandchildren, Santanna(Nana), Kaitlin(Little Bit), Makayla (Twinkle Toes), Chandler (Little Man) and Zayn (Tubbs); one great-grandson, Cayson (on the way) and a host of relatives and friends.
